No, I’m not writing about ‘crow therapy.’ But if such a thing existed, it would be very therapeutic. I know crows have helped me adjust and find what I’m looking for. They have helped me along my journey to California. And they will continue to help me if I am open to them. As for therapy, here are some of my therapy-related writings.
Poetry by the Sea

Here’s a poem about the process of therapy:
For some, practicing therapy is like being in purgatory:
A patient’s view of their family is usually skewed:
The ocean as a therapist:
You are always viewed as a therapist no matter if you’re retired:
I wouldn’t wish this family on anyone:
Therapist Disease
Always seeing people’s flaws too clearly,
I have a psychotherapist
disease.
I diagnose
everyone I meet:
this one has OCD,
that one has bipolar,
always losing sight
of my flaws
and my own diagnostic
categories.

Reader Comment of the Week:
Thank you, Ken Martin, a fellow author at Medium.com, for your comment about my humorous take on therapists, The Five Lousy Types of Therapists. “I enjoyed this. When I think of therapists, the image that comes to mind is Diane Cannon's therapist in Bob, Carol, Ted, and Alice. Remember that scene stealer?”

I used to employ this therapeutic technique when I was married to my first wife. Is it Healthy to Scream? by Cassie Shortsleeve.
