I sometimes joke about yoga, but yoga has helped me in many ways. When I was going through a transition from married to single, the yoga classes helped me figure out my direction and gave me perspective. I’ve taken hundreds of yoga classes over the years, and each class helped me to balance, meditate, and gain flexibility and strength. It also gave me more confidence in my body and a more grateful way of seeing the world. Here are some of my writings on the topic.
