I’m not a shaman, but I might have shaman traits. Although I received good feedback as a practicing therapist, I can't heal others. I do smudge. I revere trees, flowers, oceans, mountains, and birds—all nature is holy. Shamanism is not a religion but a spiritual practice, and I practice a lot. I have spirit guides, a spirit animal, a spirit plant, and a very spiritual wife who’s a medium. Hopefully, I’m blessed by the four winds.
